Pre fun fair sale on Wednesday

Aim:
Earn capital for our stall on 10 feb (i@fun day)

We are going to sell 200 pratas on that day.

Each prata will cost $3 with the toppings. (With ice cream, will be $4)

Cost price of 200 pratas with toppings is $200

Total we need to raise $200 for the stall.

If we sell ALL OUR TICKETS, we will have $105

We need to raise more than $150 for the stall as the ticket sales from our class are not going so well :(

Do you think You guys can do it!!!!

Of course u can!!! U better!!! Or else I’ll SCREAM!!

Target : earn $150 from the pre fun fair sale, tactics are: TARGET THE RICH PPL, THE TEACHERS AND THE OFFICE STAFF.

So, we sell 60 pratas( $36) with the toppings ($20) = $56( I appeal: can our class sponser? :)

Do you think we shud sell only the items are cheaper. Like we half of the items that are available on the menu.( dun sell all items first)

hi guys, here are a few photos of the pratas we made today. I oni haf pictures of a few flavours, cuz some of the earlier ones were taken by grace. Sorry if the pictures aren't clear, cuz my handphone cam not veri gd..

hey guys we have decided our flavours for the funfair. here goes:

1. Gila Banana (banana slices with melted marshmellows and choc fudge)
2. Gila Delight (melted marshmellows and choc fudge on prata crust)
3. Cheesy hotdog (hotdog toasted with cheese and mayonnaise on prata)
4. Swiss mushroom (mushroom sprinkled on cheese and spread of mayonnaise)
5. Gila Sardine (Sardine fish on prata)
6. Apple rumble (hot apple with syrup on prata)
7. Ice cream prata (choice of vanilla/choc ice-cream with choc fudge topping on prata)

very delicious but to be discussed more in detail regarding the QC thingy and we need the advertisers to help out regarding the design of the stall, the "flags", and be the walking promoters.

Yo pple! im here to upload the the different prata flavours and other stuff for the i@fun funfair. firstly, the following flavours are not finalised. ther just ideas to consider so pls give us your comments if u haf anything to say or u can cast ur votes! we are aiming to sell 5 flavors. our pratas are called Gila Prata. for impression, we have to maintain a tidy and organized working kitchen and the food handlers must wear kitchen gloves k? (to be discussed more elaborately in time to come).

flavours:

1. Ice cream prata
1) prata
2) vanilla/chocolate ice cream
3) chocolate fudge

2. Hotdog prata
roll hotdog in prata with choice of ketchup or mayonnaise

3. Choc fudge, sliced banana on prata (with choice of addition of a scoop of vanilla/chocolate ice cream) (Gila Banana)

4. marshmellow and choc wrapped hot and melted on the prata crust (Gila Supreme)

5. The prata into strips then put on satay sticks then add banana, marshmallow, then dip the whole thing in choc fudge and serve (Gila fondue sticks)

6. Cheese prata (inspired by pizza)

7. Apple crumble with vanilla ice cream

8. Sardine prata

9. Mashed potato on prata

10. Tuna mixture on prata (inspiration frm delifrance)

11. Crab mayonnaise on prata (inspiration from delifrance)

Hi people,

Just wanna tell u guys that Mr Bryan Lim will still be our Chem tutor next yr, don't worry, he still wants us =) He just find that the Chem tutorials we had this yr weren't very productive cos it's in the afternoon & most of us are already in the "after-school" mood. He also told me that he'll disappear for a while, like ~2 wks, in mid-January 2007 for army re-service.

P.S. He won't be giving us Chem MLG assignmt these holidays, unlike other classes. He just hope that we'll study chem on our own.
