btw we need to be there by 11.30 am so we can get ready the stalls and put up all the banners..for the runners..u guys will have to refer to shu fang as she will be in charge for the running part..( gd luck !!) haha..for the ppl who are nt runnning..you guys will be under me..so pls pls listen to my instructions on that day because it is going to be a very very busy day.. this is a national event so i hope that everyone will co-operate well..our aim is to raise atleast 1000 dollars in profit..i want u guys to bring 7 dollars on fri..its a must!!..sorry for the runner as you will be forking out 17 dollars( both for the running and the stall)..but take note that your 7 dollars will be returned to if we have obtain any profit..

we will be selling:
chendol( $2), fruit fudon ( fruits dipped in chocolate)($0.50-$1.00), konyaku jelly(3 for $1.00, 1 for 40 cents),ice ball($2.00), ice kachang( $2.50).

we are nt confirmed yet selling this items as we need ur response..if u have any disagreement, let me know..

we will be meeting on next fri after oral at one of the p block.. i will confirm later which class.

bte i need to ask this, if u guys have any of these items: pls pls let me know asap because we really need it!!!!!!!!!!!!
1) cooler box( i think) can be stryrofoam or those plastic kind where ppl use to store cool stuff in it. i need atleast 6-9 box..

2) jelly mould( small one for koonyaku jelly) ----> grace needs it!!

3) Suggestion: where we could get CHEAP CHEAP disposable untensils and fruits( banana, strawberry)..

If these is done...the meeting is going to be a very quick one so pls co-operate..thx!!
